The four details to prepare

If you have a document that records your birth, consult it to copy the requested details. You do not need to send the document itself: provide only what the form and instructions request. If you notice an error after submitting, contact the team to ask for a correction.

Do not replace an unknown time with an invented one. The options depend on your circumstances and the information needed to prepare your reading. Contact the team before ordering to explain which details you know and which are missing. This guide does not describe an automatic birth-time rectification service; an appropriate next step needs to be confirmed with the team.
When to provide your information
The site describes an information-submission step after your order. Use the link supplied through your customer journey. There is no need to publish your contact details or birth information in a public comment to ask a question. If you cannot find the expected message, check the order-confirmation instructions and contact support to explain what you need.
Preparing a SoulCast as a gift
For a reading intended for someone else, check that you can provide the necessary information and respect their preferences regarding use of their details. The team can clarify the gift process before you order.
